Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our number one goal. We want you to enjoy the products you have purchased from our on-line store for years to come.

Purchases via any of our stores
All of our stores are able to offer the same promotions found on www.heirloomironbed.com. Purchases made through our stores either in person or via the telephone are subject to the stores return policies.

Online Purchases via www.heirloomironbed.com
If you are not satisfied with an item you have ordered, you must contact us within five (5) days of receipt of merchandise. Refunds will not be given on any custom orders or clearance items. Returned items must be returned to us in new and unused condition, in the original packaging. Items containing human or pet hair will not be accepted.

Iron & Brass Beds / Mattresses
Iron & Brass Beds and Mattresses are not returnable. Please thoroughly inspect the merchandise upon delivery and "Refuse Delivery" if the merchandise is damaged upon delivery from the shipping company or if it is the wrong item. Once you have received the delivery and the trucking company has left your home, we can not provide any recourse for damaged items or items that are incorrect. Please contact us immediately at 1-888-993-7249 to let us know that you have Refused Delivery so that we may correct the situation.

Linens and Other Merchandise
Please follow the process below to return your merchandise:
1. Please call our toll free # at 1-888-993-7249 within five (5) days of receipt of merchandise to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. You must call this number as the stores are unable to authorize a return of your online purchase. We do not accept returns without the RA# provided by us. If you contact us after hours or on a weekend, your voice message left at 1-888-993-7249, requesting a return authorization will suffice as recognition of the 5 days.

2. Items that have been used, contain human or pet hair, washed or are not in the original packaging may not be returned.

3. Items returned due to damage upon receipt or incorrect item shipped will receive a 100% refund.

4. Items returned for any reason other than stated in #3 above will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Terry Parkers Heirloom Iron Bed Company and Fine Linens reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise and return it to you without a refund if not acceptable.

5. We do suggest that you insure your return for the full purchase price. Any merchandise that is lost or damaged during return shipment will be the responsibility of the customer. Please keep your tracking number for the return to make sure that your return has arrived safely. You will be refunded for the shipping costs only if the return is due to defective merchandise or our error in shipping the wrong merchandise.

6. Returns must be made with Heirloom Iron Bed. Once your return authorization has been approved, you will be provided with a return address. Returns must arrive to us within 10 business days or return authorization will be invalid. We are not responsible for items you return to the manufacturer.

7. The Heirloom Iron bed Company makes no warranties, either expressed or implied as to any merchandise sold, other than those provided by the manufacturer. (added 3/26/09)
